EYESORE

This work is the culmination of various pieces related to my collage series CityScapes. By taking tracings from elements in the collages, I am able to screenprint these images that become more greatly distorted and separated from the original references of actual photographs of various cities. By printing these images in different colors and orientations the forms abstract and using paint and collage I am able to re-emphasize the angles, edges, and naturally occurring structures.
